Foods/Working out

So today I decided to have a cheat day. It started off after I took a nap. I woke up with an amazing appetite and I ate a granola bar. After that my sister came home and I was still hungry and I convinced her to go eat (I was actually trying to convince myself to eat). Ugh cheat day in the middle of the week? No bueno. Anyways I was really good. Chinese chicken salad, har kow, pork buns, mu sho, and rice. Hey if you're going to cheat, make sure it's fucking good!
